About Nikki
Nikki Bale is the principal consultant and coach at Bale Coaching & Consulting. She brings a straightforward, intuitive & results-oriented approach to her business relationships. She is warm and open, without sacrificing the ability to cut through the fog and get to actionable progress. She gets away with saying the hard things because she has your progress in mind.
She is an ICF-certified coach trained in the Co-Active model of coaching and is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and The 6 Types of Working Genius. She holds a bachelor's degree in counseling and human services from Moody Bible Institute and a master's degree in HR: specialization in organizational learning, performance, and change from Colorado State University.

She is committed to bringing integrity, enthusiasm, and belief into every relationship she has and every organization she has the privilege to work with.

In her free time, she loves spending time (preferably outdoors) with her husband of 23 years and her 3 kids in their beautiful hometown of Bend, OR.

Nikki works with a network of like-minded professionals with expertise in executive coaching, change management, leadership development, training and development, customer journeys, and organizational development. She will be happy to put you in touch with the right person if she isn't a fit or our schedules don't align.
